I am Deva Nivas.
I am 23 unemployed hopeless Male(20.03.1997) and addicted to porn and masturbation more than 10 years.
I studied Engineering with zero interest.
Met with a serious accident and broken bones in my face,lost teeth,cut in head and having a plate in face.And also did a appendix and stone operation in stomach.
Been into toxic relationship for 4 years and left it.
Developed depressive disorder and taking medications.
I am the son of loser and from the family called losers.
My father is died in an accident.
My mother is a teacher with 3 percent hemoglobin.
Grandma is 80 and she cannot lift her right hand above hand because its broken.
From a below middle class.
We are just 3 people in family. Me and Mom and Grandma.
For our relatives we are not needed.
We have a bank loan of 20lakhs for our only home.
Let’s start my story from here.
- Need to clear TNPSC Exam. It is a government exam conducted in Tamilnadu,India for various posts like Deputy Collector,Deputy superintendent of police etc…,
- To Became Physically and mentally stronger.
So I would like to train my mind and body in various ways like Gym,Handbalancing,Running,Calisthenics,Yoga,Swimming,Vipassana Meditation etc.,.
I like physical sport. So I like almost every sport.
- Organic Farming.
- To Build and Have a lovely peaceful happy family.
- To Travel around the world.
What is the purpose of this group that you created
I created this to write journal and sharing my thoughts and experiences,daily actions.
This is not only to talk about pmo brother. To help changing actions and behaviors of myself and others.
Do one thing everyday write what you did… and following day just compare yourself with previous day and write was your performance better bad or same…
This is the only metric to see change… do it 28 days strictly… I will see how strong is your will…

Seriously you will wake up at 4 Am , of you regularly wake up at that time then it’s fine, if not you can’t focus and you will loose it…

Exercising is not a problem. Other then that.Simply all are new😂.
I study well in school days but lost that habit.

My Work Today: (upto 6.30am):
Waked up 4.10 AM (very hard for me and felt sleepy,had an urge to fap)
Done Breathing exercises,kayakalpa, yoga as planned.
watched TEDX video and took notes…Really helpful.
Also watched motivational video and few Affirmations and Written 10 gratitude in journal.
Taken Cold Showers
Type class 2 hours and travel time 20mins
Studied for 5 hours 20mins(20mins + 50mins + 30mins+50mins+50mins+25+25+50+15)(About Water,plants in daily life and abbreviations and expansions for type class test tomorrow)
Slept for 40mins
Handbalancing( Leg workout ) with Gabo saturno…2 hours…very Hard session.
Planned Next day and Appreciated myself for my work today and Written 3 gratitude in journal.

2.8 Litres of water
Had peeled papaya 400grams,123 grams of peeled banana,peeled sweet lemon 100grams
200 grams of sea fish and some rice,sambar
one tumbler of lemon juice,Half tumbler of moringa soup
Rice,dal sambar with bottle gourd,moringa,little bitter gourd for lunch
cooked Green gram 100grams
cooked tomoto rice with Little Millet and split gram lentil 638grams
Tablet for depression

Though I have a good family and a good character,
I am suffering and feeling alone by this addiction

Somehow without alarm wakes up at 3.40am and written 10 gratitude in journal
studied for 4 hours(Abbreviation and Expansion,plants in every day life)
Did Mobility routine for 15mins and breathing exercises for 20mins and Kayakalpa Yoga for 3mins
Type class 1 hr 45mins and test 30mins and travel 15mins
Hand balancing for 45mins(Building core and shoulder stability) and yin style yoga for 30mins
slept for 1 hour
went to temple 1 hour
written 3 gratitudes at night… Appreciated myself for my work today.
Track My Food:
1.)2 litres of water
2.) Rice,Some spinach,red ladies finger,Banana stalk for breakfast
3.) 500grams Papaya
4.) Lunch same as breakfast
5.) Lemon juice one tumbler,Sugarcane juice one tumbler

Protein is hard time getting for me most of the days😥…Today is not bad…somedays I dont even eat 20grams of protein…Tamil people diet sucks at least for most of the tamils
