There are many ups and downs this day.
Struggling but controlling it by not alone and busy in work. Hope this will keep away the urges.

Feeling Happy after achieving 7 day milestone which I have never completed before.
I’m controlling my urges by not seeing any YouTube videos. Instagram uninstalled. FB uninstalled. Trying avoid girls from road, malls.

Feel happy and wandering how I’m completed 8 days. I can’t believe. Now I want study also in my goal.
Yesterday I met a girl but I ignored her I think to this is necessary to not triggered my mind for peeking or searching hot photos, porno etc.
I will control my mind.
This is day 9
Study- 2 hours
Happy feeling but some boredom but I will control it definitely.
Don’t try YouTube ads or some videos can trigger my mind, listen song rather than YouTube.
Trying to adapt good habits.

But after reading the forum I feal comfortable
so I continue the journey.

Feal a little urge everyone and nightmares come.
But I will control them. This time I will not fall.

So much dreams last night. So I turn on some spiritual God songs like Mahadev, Shri Ram , and Shri Hanuman ji. That helped me a lot to away from those feelings. Trying to focus on my work.

It is hard to control but I can control it I know it.

Very Happy after reaching at it.
Focus on study, and exercises. Stop unnecessary bed rest only 5 hours.
