Aman Dhattarwal. Just google his name and scam or smth idk. I watched a few videos of his when i used to prepare for NEET and saw right though it so I neve watched after that.

oh sorry my mistake xD

it is method of processing information and dealing with it it goes sth like that:

  1. capture: store all the information/tasks/ you want to remeber
  2. clarify: sort through the stuff and put it in difrent categopries
  3. Organize: plan how you can get the taks done (waht action steps do you need to take) or how you could access the information etc.(daily or weekly)
  4. refelct: check on your lists when you ahve frre time and consider what you want to do if you ahve time and whether you nood to changethings up (weekly or monthyl
    5: engage: get things doe :wink: with a clear and focused mind
