Now the real fight begins bro. It is easy to do study of 9hrs for 3-4 days but very hard to continue like this. It was also not possible for me. Still best wishes . Hope you can achieve it and I get motivated too.:sweat_smile::joy:

I had actually never done this for 3-4 days either, I used to do like 9-10 hours on 1 day and 5-6 max the next day so this is also quite an improvement.
Let’s see how well I fare. I am feeling I can stick with it this time, let’s see. Only time will tell :sweat_smile:

I am feeling this because I have actually kept time for everything :joy:, 8 hours sleep, even watching one episode of sitcom a day. Still can’t say anything until I actually manage to stick with it :sweat_smile:

That’s good . But still a single “dheelapan” can cause you big problem so be aware.

Bruh absolutely right, I was feeling dead today :joy:.
A lot of urges, no mood to study, sleepy feeling, I am somehow pushing myself, don’t think I’ll be able to do that much but I’ll try my best :sweat_smile:

I think it’s never good to push ourself too much. That’s why I am studying 5-6 hrs now a days and will improve slowly.

Truth has been spoken. Name any topper in any field , he/she were consistent.
Consistency comes with interest not force.

Lol that’s actually true. I am not forcing myself to be honest, I am focussing on tasks, making a to do list everyday and aiming to complete all tasks, time accumulates by itself.

I’ve been following this pattern, it is quite helpful

  1. Study: 6 hours

  5. :white_check_mark:Prayer
  6. :white_check_mark:Affirmations, Visualisation
  7. :white_check_mark:Reading and contemplating the daily stoic
  8. :white_check_mark:Cold shower
  9. :white_check_mark:Evening meditation: 10 min
  10. No daytime nap: 20 min nap
  11. :white_check_mark:No sugar
  12. No internet till dinner except for studies/important matters: Used for about 1 hour in the day
  13. :white_check_mark:Shutdown ritual (planning for the next day)

Wasted sometime in the day on mobile, could have done better, I need to get a job in public sector units, for that I need a great rank in GATE and for that I need to study long hours consistently, the exam is less than 3 months from now, the time is now, if I don’t do it now I will have to blame myself for life, I will be doing myself a huge favour by sticking with good amounts of studies, and also if I don’t put good hours in studies this month, next two months are gonna be extremely stressful, hence another favour to myself. I am thankful I have realised this in proper time. Again aiming for 9+ hours tomorrow. I might end up messing up sometimes but this is the thing with aiming high, even if you mess up a bit you still are doing good. Like today if I was in my old mindset I would have done next to zero amount of study but despite urges and no mood I managed to do 6 hours of study. All fine now :v:.
