That’s where it’s wrong. Sansa is 11. Bran is 7, Arya is 9 and Robb is 14 and so is Jon

Hers the fun part, according to books, Joffrey was 12 in the beginning and was supposed to be much taller than Robb and Jon

Even though you are constantly relapsing these days ( even me and many people in this forum ) , I must say that when it comes to discipline , you are just awesome. I really admire your disciplined lifestyle. How do you push yourself daily especially when it comes to the things that involve a lot of mental strength ?

Thanks man , means a lot.

I just aim for maintaining all my habits, I believe strictly in the fact that missing habits leads to a big loss in respect of that habit.
And since I have been following good habits consistently my resilience has increased by a lot, I didn’t even realise this until a few days back , but consistently doing something leads to tremendous benefits.
There’s no secret I just love doing all of it now, good habits are hard to stick with in first few days but once you pass through initial days all of it becomes easy and enjoyable.

I find workout , singing , reading and meditation as enjoyable and I am pretty consistent with those habits. But when it comes to academics , I am just trash :joy: , After my first year I became lazy af. Is there any way I can get into my study routine ?

First thing is you need to have a target in front of you, what you are studying for and it should light you up.
Next is to just make a proper time table along with keeping time for fun and good habits in between like in breaks or at the end of the day.
One more thing I think is important is to stay away from mobile phone, don’t use phone until you finish your study target.
Make plan, take action.

I noticed over past three days if I take 8 hours sleep, take proper breaks and maintain all habits, ideally I can do somewhere between 9.5-10 hours of study.
Like today I started a little late in the morning and also had to do 20 min Wednesday pooja hence about 1 hour less , but it’s still fine as I have never been this consistent, last year I used to hit good study hours sometimes but I wasn’t consistent, my routine wasn’t fixed, this time it seems much better, hope it stays this way . I will create a separate topic here regarding study advice if I manage to stay this consistent till end of November.
