I forgot to mention one thing, thankfully my weight didn’t increase, it was 85 today despite all the sweets.
But since I am cutting out playing so I am also cutting out sugar to balance it out.
Will again add no sugar condition to my list tomorrow onwards.

  5. :white_check_mark:Prayer
  6. :white_check_mark:Affirmations, Visualisation
  7. :white_check_mark:Reading and contemplating the daily stoic
  8. :white_check_mark:Cold shower: I used to take total cold shower but now I have shifted to starting with hot water and turning it to cold towards the end of the shower.
  9. :white_check_mark:Evening meditation: 10 min
  10. :white_check_mark:No daytime nap
  11. :white_check_mark:No added sugar: Natural sugar i.e. fruits etc allowed in limit
  12. :white_check_mark:No internet till dinner except for studies/important matters
  13. :white_check_mark:Shutdown ritual (planning for the next day)

A good study day after quite sometime :relieved:. Now all I have to do is to be consistent.
In the evening I felt like eating something sweet so had an apple.
Rest all well.
