Yeah easy peasy tells withdrawal period is upto 21 days, killing the little monster which means breaking the neural pathways takes time.
Though I didn’t feel any withdrawal this time, something just changed my mindset this time. Probably that I was sick of my past relapses, revised easy peasy before this streak and made vows which also conform with easy peasy.
I read Easypeasy months ago , and made it till 14 days with it … But after that I never tried that method again … Thinking of reading that book again and making notes … But I just don’t want to loose any time on this addiction as I want to completely focus on my Studies atleast till exams next April maybe…
For me, I got a really bad cold few days ago. Due to such a sick situation, I stopped getting urges and morning wood. Now I think I’m alright and going in the right direction.
I made 134 days streak the first time I read it .
This time also I am going strong because of advices from easy peasy though knowledge about AVRT also helped me a lot. (Easy peasy mentions it in last chapter)

My mobile was on detox but I found a way to escape detox , wasn’t feeling like studying. Wasted almost all the time till now, just studied for 10 minutes. Now I’ll put my phone on detox again after lunch till dinner or even if I don’t I won’t use it. Though I might go to play in the evening and also I am supposed to cook chilli garlic maggi for dinner. So aiming for atleast 4.5 hours of study now.

I studied like 27 hours in past 4 days and that too after quite sometime so I might have gotten burned out, that’s why I had no mood to do anything today, even escaped the detox , but it was a good chill day. Played in the evening, I wasn’t planning to share what happened in the game but this one needs to be told, we were lagging by 19 points but then we won by 12 points
, all thanks to my 3 pointers, when it was the last shot, I said to defender, “hey bro!” He looked at me, I stepped back and said “it’s over”, released the shot and it was a clean 3
, the look on his face was worth witnessing and the satisfaction I felt was just out of the world
.
After that I cooked chilli garlic maggi, used green chilli as red chilli isn’t good for health, made a ton of it, we all ate a lot and some of it is still remaining for tomorrow .
Will get back to serious studies tomorrow onward, hopefully I don’t burn out soon again , I need to be more consistent now as exam is approaching (less than 100 days).

I could have studied more, I was quite productive till evening covered a lot till then, after that I went to play then watched TV with family (India’s best dancer, the show is awesome). After that I talked to my friend who qualified upsc prelims in first attempt, he is quite close to me, we had a good talk and it was quite motivating. I am thinking of giving up playing but I am not gonna give it up for another week or so as it’s diwali time, I have to burn all that I am eating , but I’ll stop playing after it for sure until Gate exam, my prep is much better than last time and I still have a little more than 3 months for proper revision and tests, gotta slash that exam this time
