I was checking how much revision left and there seems a lot is left, spent a lot of time in making plan for it (atleast to make me feel better ) and I also read the book “why we sleep” For about one hour to know about how our circadian rythm works, even watched a few videos on it.
This all is the actual reason for less studies, and of course somewhat ruined mindset from last night’s “durghatna”.
But the analysis was much needed.
Made a separate plan for if the exam is on 5th feb or if it is on 14th Feb.
The plans don’t work perfectly but they do give us a direction

I have no idea , I just use this app or the study music app when I feel tired in the evening and when I have no mood to study, otherwise I study in silence, if someone is making noise, I put earphones in my ears without playing music.

I woke up at 7 am today, and to be honest, it was horrible , I had messed up my sleep schedule very badly over past few days and even before that I never woke up before 8 am
, I went through all of my morning routine, had, nuts, milk and banana for breakfast, started studying but I felt so sleepy, decided to take a nap, slept for 1 hour
, then I started studying again, studied for a while, again sleep hit me real bad, again slept for 1 hour
. Even though I went to bed about 10 minutes before 11 but I didn’t fall asleep for quite some time, and I was overall lazier than general today throughout the day. But I was expecting this, every new habit feels horrible in beginning but it’s much needed for me and as long as I am taking enough sleep and going to sleep on time I can make this a habit just within few days. I was thinking about shifting my wakeup time to 7 from some time now as, if my gate exam is in morning shift (9-12) I’d have to wake up by 7 at least even if I take a room near my center and go there the previous day. But it felt like a big change (which it is for me), so I didn’t have courage to take this step, but now recognising that sleeping late was messing up my studies, streak and whole routine in general there was no better time for this than now.
Will chill for a while and sleep.

Slept at 11:15 pm last night, kept an alarm for 7:15 am but I woke up by myself at 6:58, hell yeah , I was productive today, didn’t feel sleepy much but productivity decreased somewhat after evening, though these are some significant improvements over yesterday, I was so wrecked yesterday
. Will continue with this routine and hopefully it will get even better in a few days once I get totally used to this.
Also I saw sunrise after years today , though sun rises here around 7:30 but I still hadn’t seen it in a long time.

Slept well last night (around 11) after watching one ep parks and rec and one ep young Sheldon, I have one last ep of parks and rec remaining now, 40 min, I’ll probably finish it today, thought of finishing it yesterday but It would have gotten late so didn’t. Today was good, there were guests here in the evening, though I had nothing to do with them, I didn’t even know properly who they were, I had to fetch some groceries from the shop because they came by surprise for dinner, I just greeted them and then I spent most of the time studying in my room. Will chill for a while now and go to sleep.
