13th December

Study: 8 hours
Gayatri Mantra chanting before sleeping last night
Waking up around 7 am
Workout: 35 min + basketball drill
Prayer
Affirmations, Visualisation
Reading and contemplating the daily stoic
Evening meditation: 10 min
No daytime nap
No internet till dinner except for studies/important matters
No sugar: Had some sweet rice and some milkcake
Shutdown ritual (Planning for the next day)

I woke up on time today but last night I messed up my sleep a bit, slept at 12 last night , will take care of it today and go to bed early.
Now a big event from last night, there’s this girl who has been my friend since school time, we talk once in a while, last year I asked her out but she was in a relationship so she rejected me, though it was stupid of me to even ask, it was in October 2020 I think, even after knowing that I was not that well prepared for the exam I still asked her. But anyway, last night she proposed me , it was totally unexpected, and first thing I said was, I am not rejecting but I can’t devote enough time to a new relationship at least until feb, the hell I don’t even use my mobile phone till dinner for studies, I asked her it’d be better if she could wait until February , though she isn’t a kind of girl who waits.
The point is I am happy I took a stand for studies over a relationship which can come anytime later, I’ve grown a lot in this one year, felt awesome that I got proposed to, felt even more awesome that I turned her down . I had already promised myself that I won’t get into a relationship at least until I secure a good rank in the exam and then get a good job, feels good that I stuck with it.
Will chill for a while now and sleep.
