This small bit of mishap cannot be complelely avoided as no human is perfect, a streak cannot be perfectly clean.
Just imagine a person on day 300 doing the same thing, its most probably he wont reset his streak, but stay on high alert and make corrections and learn from his mistake. This is just a lesson, that there is something in your routine, that’s causing you to reach that vulnerable state.
Our aim is to live a life free from ■■■■ and masturbation, and you’ve successfully done it for almost a month!!! now you can’t just demotivate yourself and reset your streak, this can lead to a worse relapse and binging, thus destroying all your past progress.
Now from your these 2 past posts above, I can see that you’ve been using the word ‘survived’, I remembered something in EasyPeasy, that this was a classic sign of brainwashing, maybe this could be also a reason for the situation now. You can try revising some more hackbooks, and just focus on your main goals.
According to me, if you don’t do anything worse now and continue with your streak, after few days you’ll forget about what happened that day.

Went to shop in the evening to buy maggi, cooked maggi with vegetables for dinner, ate healthy throughout the day. I am gonna take care of my sleep schedule now, it was the one thing that seemed wrong in my schedule, I am going to wake up at 7 am today onwards and sleep by/ before 11. Will add this to my list tomorrow onwards. I am gonna apply the principles of “making a habit” to my sleeping schedule now on. Let’s see how that works out.
