I talk all my journey honestly here for next 1 year. All ups and downs, happiness and pains,success and failures,relationships.I update all day. Even if i fail,even if i win.

Today’s work;
Studied for 2hrs 40mins
Did miracle morning routine except visualization(breathing 20mins,meditation 20mins,exercise 26mins,affirmation 5 mins,gratitude 1 page)

1.) 475 grams of fish
2.) Rice morning and afternoon
3.) Foxtail millet tomato rich at night
4.) A small cup of Greengram
5.) Papaya,small banana
6.) 2.5 litres of water

1.) 4 and half hours studied
2.) 2 hrs type class
3.) 30mins breathing practice (25mins Kapalapathi and 5mins 3part breathing)
4.) Gratitude journal 1 page and 12 mins Affirmation and decided to be happy and little Visualization about today
5.) Meditation 18mins(Anapana)
6.) Yoga 12mins(surya namaskar),eye exercises (5mins),mobility 15mins, kayakalpa (3mins)
7.) Taken cold showers 2 times
8.) Did Handbalancing training evening
9.) 30mins of Cycling

My work today:
1.) Studied for 3 hrs
2.) Did meditation for 20mins
3.) Handbalancing for 1 hour in evening and mobility exercise 15mins immediately after wake up
4.) Did breathing exercise for 5 mins and kayakapla for 3 mins, listened to Affirmation and did Visualization
5.) Yoga for 20mins(back bending)
6.) Type class 2 hours
7.) Listened to audio book(Ponniyin selvan)… not noted time.

1.) Idly ( bajra or pearl millet) in morning and night with sambar.
2.) Bittergourd and moringa ,rice,sambar in afternoon and chai in evening, peas

Surely I got enough protein ,vitamins and minerals. But I lose many due to fap for sure

Good diet. Surely got all proteins and minerals.
Type class 2 hrs.
Then dot. Zero Mark’s I give today.
Finished ponniyin selvan audio book(12hrs long book, listening like 1 week).
I really not wished to right here because I felt uncomfortable to show my bad side.
Relapsed once. I watched porn then family members came so closed that immediately. Then went to my room saying that I sleep for some time, then imagined my school maths miss and relapsed. This is how bad my mind works.
Tomorrow is Christmas so I start from that. @Fearless.soul said he help me to reach library from tomorrow for next 30days sharply by 10am. So that easily I reach 3.40hrs daily. It’s just that start,if i was there 99percent I make it,no doubt it that. Oh yes, tomorrow is leave for library because its Friday and type class also leave due to Christmas. So I have to manage by myself. Then from day after tomorrow surely I able to built good study streaks. And from tomorrow after wake up before type class I decided to make 1 hr of study time for sure. 7 to 9am type class time.

And also I decided to crack the group 4 exam no matter what coming september. Nothing can stop me getting that.
