Ok so my answer is gonna be super unconventional but since you asked I’ll tell. There are three main reasons…

1. I picked up this rivalry in the forum against two people who insulted me in a public thread. Their streaks were way higher than mine at the time, so my words didn’t mean shit. So I had to get my revenge on them. So I pledged I won’t relapse until I beat their streaks. I beat one bitch but the other one fucked off somewhere. So I don’t know what his streak is. So I have to keep going.

2. The reason why I started nofap in the first place was to get rid of acne. It worked. I have much clearer skin now. So I didn’t want acne again so I didn’t quit.

3. I only do shit I like. Like playing, working out and watching series and movies. It keeps me happy so I don’t have to jack off for happiness…

And yes I have friends who send me porn everyday. They still do. I got today also. I just don’t watch. I’m not that kinda guy who abandons my friends who has a different way of life than mine.

To avoid urges I try to stay in sight of others as much as possible. I workout a lot. When I have to sleep and I get urges then I keep my hands behind my ass until it fades.
