[22 M] RE: Awaken's Nofap Journal

Later is true, social media is filled with filth that triggers you.

For example, I created a new Instagram account for my own. I only follow 14 channels, all of them self improvement related. Never searched anything bad with that account and still I see reels related to those stuff on my feed when I leave my account untouched for some hours.

Like it forgets, and automatically pushes that stuff after a certain period of inactivity.

There is no decent social media that directly posts such stuff so the question is irrelevant.

Instagram has gotten bad. I have used it before and it was not that terrible a few years ago. But lately the reels it recommends look like thumbnails for ■■■■ videos.

Don’t let that trigger you to search ■■■■ though. You’re already doing the tough part of not nutting. Make it count towards your streak!

In morning he requests to go out and asks for food simultaneously acting all good.

In afternoon he orders because he has already eaten and is not bound by the greed of food to act good.

Also, in afternoon he goes to a longer walk than morning.

Instagram algorithm fails infront of B*eastfeeding videos even people uses the name of it to post whole proper minimal quality corn videos the filth is everywhere but we can do something by reporting them although sometimes it doesn’t works instead it will be better to filter out the feed by using options like not interested!
