This is not my first time of writing a diary. I came here on August 20,2021. Till now, Iโm happy with this community. I wrote many posts, shared many contents, gave many advices, expressed many thoughts, releived many freinds until now. Still Iโm doing these. Today, on February 2nd, Iโm wishing to turn a new page for me. I wish to make this as a new habit. Record my daily actions, and the positive vibes, incidents, journals here. How was your morning routine?
Yesterday I was more pleasant than the day before. I did my routines on time.
Did you wake up on time?
Yes. I woke up at 5.30am. Iโve noticed that, itโs not a heavy task.
Did you go to bed on time?
Yea, Iโve gone to bed at 10.00pm after my reading session.
How was your sleep quality?
Itโs good as always.
How was your energy leverl?
Energy level was 7/10.
How was your diet?
Yea that too gone good.
How was your fitness routine?
Yesterday I just took a jogging or warm up session.
Did you meditated?
Yes. I did meditation for 5 min in the early morning.
Did you spend time for reading?
Yea. Iโve read a page of the book named power over pornography. Now Iโve completed 14 pages of it. Itโs very effective book. They introduce many new plans and strategies.
Now itโs a restoration period. **Iโve relapsed a day before yesterday. I got a 5 days streak for the last time.**Itโs not very bad in this case. Because i was too adicticted in the last 2 months. I canโt even complete 1 day. I was very depressed and was shame of that. On February 1,I had reinstalled this app and started it again. I got a liitle streak, after a long dip. I didnโt fall into the chaser effect, after the last relapse. So Now Iโm on Day 1. It will increase.

I woke up early and cleared all my morning sessions.

I will go to bed at 10.00 pm

Sleep was good like as always.

Mmm, yea it was not bad.
How was your fitness routine?
Iโm not care about my fitness care. Because I want a little bit more height. So Iโm concentrating on taking pull ups.
Did you meditated?
Yes, I did meditation for 5 minutes
Did you spend time for reading?
Not yet done, but will do at night before sleep.

Today I was much care about my physique. I did some kind of pull ups, and then did three types of push ups, stretching excercises, squats etc

Not yet done, but will do at night before sleep.
Today urges was strong. In the normal case, i fall in that and regret after my relapse. But today, I rise above it. I controlled my urges and didnโt act upon it. Any way day 3โฆ

Today, I had my regular offline class. So, during our free periods I played cricket with my freinds, with bat as a book and the ball is a paper ball rounded with some rubber bands. Iโm not well in cricket. But unfortunately got 6ร3 + 4ร4 = 34 runs ( I won in a match)

Yes, I did meditation for 5 minutes at early morning. From tommorow, Iโm planning to do it also in the evening.

I wasnโt able to connect here the forum. Because suddenly I changed my device into an iphone. Some know that , in ios we donโt get rewire companion app. Itโs a bad thing for me. So @rewireproject the technicals pls find a solution for it. Itโs my humble request. Our freinds including whom using iOS devices were not able to use the day counting rewire companion app. But through google we can connect with forum. I really thanks for that. Any way that was the prblm for me to update my streak.

Of course man! Would never forget about you. But if I may, a word of advice: You donโt need that day counter. What you need is a mindset, and a lifestyle. Because no amount of days will really give you what you need. Maybe youโll reset the dopamine receptors in your brain after day 90 or whatnot, but the slip option is always there, and thatโs where that lifestyle comes into play.
Thatโs just my opinion and take it as you will, but I hope that made some sense to you.
