Hi bro, I completed my first anime series death note. whatā€™s next anything similar to that one or suggest something. What should I watch next I donā€™t know much about anime series? Full metal alchemist, attack on titan or cowboy bebop or demon slayer which is best? @nofapstar123 @GOVIND-19 @rewire_user

If u ask me, it would be best if u watch Attack On Titan after deathnote.
i hope the anime girls will not be trigger for you. from my experience it did not trigger me much.

Every Anime seems best to me, and these are the tops animes but this is the order of my anime watchlist,

Full Metal alchemist Brotherhood
Hunter x Hunter
Attack on Titans
One Punch Man
I preferred full metal alchemist brotherhood (fmab) not full metal alchemist (fma) these are two different animes, I watched full metal alchemist brotherhood which is better since, I didnā€™t watched fma because the anime beginners love that anime (Fmab) I heard it about it in the comment section and some videos, even shwetabh said about it. Triggered insaan in his video why anime are the best by netflix in the end he says he is gonna watch Full metal alchemist brotherhood after deathnote. You can start with any of them, they are all best. Attack on titans is now my favorite anime of all time. Attack on titans is not completed yet it has still one season left. Itā€™s up to you. Do tell me about your experience which anime you decided to watch and how was it according to you.

First things first, why only bisceps? You have dumbells, time to workout, yet you choose the smallest muscle group in your armsā€¦ Why???

Anyway, first how much time can you spare to workout, coz if you have an hour, then why limit yourself, workout the whole body. Also, why do you need to skip bro, youā€™re already skinny!

Iā€™ve already sent links of all the 30 days dumbells series here. Iā€™ve sent it multiple times in the forum so Iā€™m not gonna send it again. Still you can simply search anabolic aliens 30 days and youā€™ll get the list of all the series. Do it, day 1-30. Its the best home workout regime Iā€™ve come across.

Brother, Any precautions while exercising or warm up before exercise ? My parents keep on saying not to do exercise at an early age and they say you canā€™t do it properly without assistance of other, my father appreciate me but He too is worried that I might do something wrong. And my arms are paining a lot I canā€™t press it.

Oh yea, you have to warm up before exercises and stretch after. Its a must. Iā€™ll put a link to both below.

And your parents need not worry man, itā€™s just 5 kg dumbells. So chill. And obviously you did one of the toughest exercises right of the bat, obviously your arms will be sore. But there is no getting around i. If you workout, your muscles will be sore, itā€™s natural. I worked out my triceps 3 days ago and it was sore for the last 2 days. Its fine and itā€™s a sign of growth. Just make sure you are following proper form while doing exercises. Itā€™ll be alright.

Thanks brother @GOVIND-19 so there is nothing I need to worry about. Man, after my parents said that to me and searched in google those post excessive exercise leads to infertility those really scare me and those are from official newspaper THE HINDU and TIMES OF INDIA, So, I thought why not ask master about it. :sweat_smile:

Stupidest thing Iā€™ve ever read. All those fit people should be suffering thenā€¦ Bro just use logic, itā€™s non senseā€¦ and besides, thatā€™s excessive exercise, you barely do any exercise, so you donā€™t have to worry about it

Thatā€™s why we do it bruuhhhh! The satisfaction of working out beats everything. The challenge for you is staying consistent. You have asked workout advice before and not followed through. Make sure you stick with it ok. Plus eat. Eat. Eat.

Also I have an anime recommendation. If you havenā€™t watched it already, watch Mob Psycho 100. Its littt AF. it has the same creators as one punch man, same number of episodes. Its funny and awesome. Also watch The promised Neverland. Also 24 episodes only but itā€™s a thriller. Youā€™ll be hooked from episode 1

Yeah donā€™t worry, the first time I did that same bicep set you are doing now, the next two days I had to stop studying because I couldnā€™t even move my arms :joy: my parents didnā€™t mind though. Donā€™t worry, the DOMS will reduce as you stick to it.

Also sorry if this is irrelevant but Iā€™m curious to know @GOVIND-19 how did you do the shading on Erenā€™s hair? Like the light and dark parts?

You can use erasers to add the light effect. You cannot rush hair and eyes, hair I drew all lines, single stroke, itā€™s a tedious process. Keep pencils Sharp, draw thin lines very close together following the hair flow and just use erasers to give the shine

I relapsed ! :pensive::pensive: I am sorry guys, I studied a lot yesterday about 10 hours. I was happy about it. And the night comes. I am unable to sleep. Was trying to sleep, but then night urges started to come. And I lost to them. I donā€™t know when I am gonna fix my sleep schedule. I relapsed twice. I didnā€™t touched my phone for the whole day yesterday, I didnā€™t watch any anime. Even I ate food without wasting any time. But I lost to this shit. I donā€™t know, whether I will come out of it or not. I wanna end this. I wanna live my life. Without any fear of such loses. Still I am not able to sleep. Chaser never had me. But man, I am feeling like I have never been so weak, in my entire journey. I donā€™t know what to do. 1 year of forum is going to complete and I am stuck here again.

You should start sleeping at 9 or 10pm ā€¦ As most of your Relapses are in night only .
