True friends never respect each other publicly. They always find reasons to embarrass each other. If you are walking on eggshells around someone then probably you shouldn’t. Day ~ 1

Thought to start writing in my diary daily, So Yeah last night it was all chilling, I was awake whole night, I was watching one punch man watched 2-3 episodes of it and Then 1 episode of modern family, And then realized it’s 3 am in the morning, because of no sleep I decided to study, studied a bit and then about 5 am, started workout, I played my playlist and worked out for 20 mins, It was awesome morning positivity flowing through me so decided to do meditation started meditating about 2 min :sweat_smile: Then made breakfast myself peanut butter bread and a glass of milk. Cleaned my room, decided to study opened my book and after 5 min closed it, went to bed and suddenly felt asleep because I haven’t slept. Woke up at 1 pm Lunch done, was watching one punch man and then fell asleep, woke up at 5 pm. From then till now decided to study but didn’t start.

While writing this diary, I realized two things ~

  1. My sleep cycle is fucked up
  2. I am not able to study even a little bit with focus

So, I have decided to not use my phone during morning, except doing workout. Writing diary is amazing I guess, You know your mistake and I felt that guilt that what I did the whole day, just sleeping and eating.
I remember my dad’s line - Eating and sleeping that’s what animals also do, what’s difference between you and animals :rofl:
My dad explained me the importance of going to bed early and waking up early. I can’t go to bed at 11 pm, it has become my routine now, so I said to him I will go to bed before 2 am and wake up before 8 30 am. So, That’s it for today. I wish I will have a productive day tomorrow, which will be worth writing.

Well both are interrelated. :sweat_smile:, whenever I sleep less or in an unusual manner I mess up my studies too.

You will, just take good sleep, if you feel sleepy in the day take a short nap too, around 30 min (before 3pm preferably).

:white_check_mark: Workout -

  1. 5 min intense Biceps Workout using dumbells by Anabolic Aliens
  2. Skipping rope
  3. Few pushups I don’t count

I was feeling like 5 kg dumbell is a piece of cake for me, I can do it easily, but man I wasn’t able to do a single exercise properly. I was trying my best I reduced number but I focusedon doing it properly still wasn’t able to do it perfectly I guess I will be able to do it as time passes by with practice. Listening to music helped, morning time is really full of positivity. I guess I will keep trying. Your thoughts @GOVIND-19 how can I improve and am I doing everything perfectly ?
