Some sleep issues lead to subopitmal productivity leading to timewasting which then put me into a new situation in which urges came back (which I had defeated previously). It didnt result in anything, but I can now definitely pin down the reason for my victory over pmo: Focus on a goal and scape from meaninglessness by idleness. I opened another bank account to divide my income into 3 streams: 10% saved which I Never touch, 5% for spending on whatever I want and the rest for business bills etc.

Evening journal
I realized the biggest power I have is my imagination, if I can imagine something, I can do something. I want to crunch down on small things and push them to perfection.
I have an accountability partner (a new one) and she is basically depressed and I believe it has a negative effect on me. I actually dont favor being in this relation with her. She tilts towards sarcasm and cynicism extremely easily. Because I know that focus creates events, I stop thinking about anything related to this and instead focus on my goals.

Dont think about anything negative. You just dont have time for that. Each moment spent thinking on something negative could be spent developing a vision or finding a solution. Just focus on giving more than you receive, this will solve all social problems.

Dont have expectations for other people. Just keep focussing on your own goal and look for opportunities to make something useful for other people

If something makes you uncomfortable, dont say it / dont do it.

When visualizing, imagine a story to it and an outstanding detail which makes the visualization richer

I keep logging my day, this means when I finish an activity I write down when it staretd nad when it was finished and the time it took. In review I then have an accurate account of how I spent my time. ITs important to do this in real time, not in post because thats always false and subjective, it makes a big difference

Im truly moving forward.
I noticed that when I give, I immediately receive. But I always received favors, never money. I believe that between two friends or close people money is a taboo compensation, so it can never come. But favors come. So I just need to accept the favors, they truly want to help me. The favors end up being the things I would have “bought”, I just skip the money part.
I think this is a great step forward.
Its also a very promising step, because it experienced this RELIABLY. Whenever I give, I ALWAYS receive. If I dont receive immediately, I receive in the future.
This plan stands on firm feet.
