I did 220 Pullups on this (the other 90 on a good bar), its quite difficult to grip because its so large. It was very painful because I was sore from the attempt yesterday, at 150 reps it became extremely difficult, I listened to some arnold schwarzenegger motivation and he talked about success and so on and man I somehow did it

Listening to Arnold Schwarzenegger and Earl Nightingale yesterday changed something in me. They talked about how unusual success is, so one must do the unusual thing, the thing that doesnt come naturally to you. How unsuccessful people satisfy activities (watching TV, talking for a long time to people, wasting time on the internet) and successful people satisfy themselves (attain the goal THEY want, go after the vision THEY want to be true!). And how success only starts once the difficult part begins. Its the part where you feel like its not possible anymore. This is where you need to keep going! If you try, DESPITE feeling like its not possible anymore, you will suddenly be shocked that it IS possible. This is like a firewall of disbelief that blocks the loser from success. If you believe and check one more time, just do it anway despite thinking its impossible and really trying, really doing it, life will open itself up reluctantly and give you its fruit completely. Its like its saying “Alright, you won, I give up, here you are, your reality is now real”. You must always keep in mind that if you have a vision, you can really go after it and attain it, the secret lies in keeping pushing when that critical time hits where it seems impossible. It is possible.

Evening journal

I talked to my brother today (because I visited him and my mother after a long time of not visiting, many months) and found a big difference between us, but it will be okay because it has been like this in the past when we were little, we were the same, then very different and at the end of adolence met up again at the same point, relating to each other very well. Now we are becoming very different again and thats okay, I must not doubt, I must believe).

Fortunately I have a vision in front of me. I will listen to Earl Nightingale now and then go to bed. In the morning today I have worked on the video and I will make it, if you have inspiring clips you could link me, please send it to me, I want to create a video to persuade people that life is good and its strong and necessary to achieve and aim high, to believe in yourself and your future!

Quick back info: today I depated from the visit and my mother gave me a stool to take with me in the smithy, here it comes: I travel by train and the train is completely…

As you can tell having a stool is an extremely handy accessory in crowded times like these as it is something to sit and rest on which brings me to my point: you need something to rest on too. What exactly? Momentary effort certainly not! You need habit and it will be stable. You wont feel it, it will move you against your will toward success! If you have the daily habit of cold showering, it will feel uncomfortable to step out of the shower without doing the cold showering, you will do it automatically! These habits will stack up and make you a success. Practice them daily and remember not to stop pushing. The hard part is getting up to momentum, then its just maintanance. PUSH today!

We’ve all had the moment where you realize: man, what the fuck am I doing?
Why am I complaining to people? Why am I crying around about unimportant things?

In a nutshell, something annoying happened to me today and I told people about it, what a terrible decision that only grows misery! I hate misery! I am opposed to misery! I hate to not pick up your duty and carry it! Carry your duty god damn it!

I want to make the effort to absolutely not cry to anyone about anything ever, I want to share joy.
