[21m] NukePizza [Diary] - Making my dream real

I went to nofap.com and made a post in the “looking for accountability partner” section. Coincidentally someone who is also german messaged me and we exchanged phone numbers, now we have the evening calls

Its a good website, you find a partner very quickly this way, there are very many members searching there and many are very motivated

I hope I can answer the rest here:

Success is a habit and failure is also a habit, if you practice success its gonna pull you forward even if youre slacking, you have to build momentum first, you have to invest heaps of energy and will get very slow movement out of it, this is the moment where you have to start pushing MORE, even more, then you get a little more movement but each step you do now is worth 1000 steps in the future, dont stop pushing, when youre up to speed you have manyfold the power that you have now, then you only have to keep maintaining. Push like its all or nothing, wake up extremely early and do extremely disciplined things, hold and hold and hold, this will pay back tremendously

Thank you man
The upside from an accountability partner is that you have a united goal and that you can do it every day, this is very important because otherwise no routine will form and the power of routine is unexplainably large, it is the largest power. So I would advise you to find a partner with a similar goal that you can have a daily talk with, it will help your progress

Tip of the day

Focus is the one thing you can NOT afford to lose. Screw the “interesting thing”, you must protect the focus!
Another tip: your achievements are correlated to your speed, just like you can easily forge metal when its glowing hot, the barriers of life also get weak when youre moving with high speed, high intensity, high energy

And I came across an extremely good text about quitting pmo by @rockisrock
He said this:

Happy

Still a bit happy

[50] --------- 40 (before leaving, 7:32am)

Determined

[150] ---------50 (10:41am after eating)
[200] ---------50 (10:43)
[250] ---------50 (6:12pm after coming back home by train)

Wasting huge chunks of time resting, forgot about the pushups

Evening comes, realizing I need to crunch it tight

Realizing I need to do 200 in the next hour

[350] ---------50 (8:07)

[500] ---------50 (8:59)

I made it! The last set felt impossible

Yesterday I had MUCH more POWER the whole day, its like taking mini steriods every time I did a pushup set. Much more determination, try it, its like youre twice as tall and heavy, double the impact

Important post about @anon87955785

Quote from Rising Lions Description:

I am just a normal person with an outrageous determination since childhood.

Well man as it turns out this is 100% the case

The dude did the pushup challenge until he cried and then did a hundred more

He did the 500 Pushups in 24h Challenge AND the 100 Pullups in 24h Challenge AT THE SAME TIME

WHILE

He can only do 2 consecutive pullups because of his weight

.

I am shocked.

Rising Lion is a champion

Thank you so much brother. Still I have a lot to improve , lot to learn.

The challenge was tough , in fact really tough. From the blessings of God that I persevered through that rough time.

In short, I was disciplined today. But Consistency is what really matters to me. And that is why I respect you. Your Consistency is one of the reasons I always ask you for advice regarding discipline.

I have to be consistent in my discipline. For me , that’s what really matters.

Thank you once again for your warm appreciation.

I was the same previously and did extreme things sometimes in huge anxiety trying to free myself from the downward drag of misery, unsuccessfully sinking back down after exhausting myself.

The trick is not pushing yourself into the panic zone for too long. There is the comfort zone, the growth zone and the panic zone. You can survive in the panic zone only for so long until it absolutely drains and destroys you. But its difficult to keep yourself in the growth zone for a long time because its so long you automatically become soft and go back into the comfort zone.

Solution is daily accountability partner. Discussing and setting goals together, then checking in on each other so you move ahead consistently

I know about that brother. I’ve took many Impulsive decisions in my life that did not last long.

My main purpose of joining those challenges was not to be in panic mode 24 × 7 , but to make myself prove that my life is not garbage.

I will not be taking extreme challenges every time. I got desensitized to failure in such a way I started to believe success is not possible.

From now on , I will be in control but at same time make sure laziness don’t dominate me.

I have a personal psychiatrist to deal with my depression issues, whom I share everything these days. She also knows my PMO addiction.

Thanks for the suggestions, From now on , I will be discussing and setting goals with her to keep myself accountable

evening journal:
I have a whatsapp group in which some rewire friends gathered which I sent this message:

Task for all members

In the evening today, take a blank sheet of paper and write down what you want to achieve in the next month. Don’t aim too low! Be brave

Main reason people don’t achieve is because they don’t know where they are going

Know where you’re going.

Go after your dream, it CAN be yours! The real dream you really want, not some mediocre compromise. You can really have it.

Write down your dream. Write what you want to

a) have
b)do
c) and be.

Don’t stop writing until you have at least 30 goals written down. I will do this along with you

Do the work and its impossible not to succeed.

You will achieve

Winning team

I will do this activity myself now

Do it too! Having goals or not will decide your life

////////////////////

Edit: Result from the exercise:

I found out my main goal is

TO BECOME EFFICIENT AND FOCUSSED

I will become efficient. I will become efficient. I will become efficient.
I will think ahead, think each goal through and act once I understand what I want to do. I will take a noteblock with me to sketch out the idea before executing it so I realize my flaws before executing them. If a new insight comes to me that will make me more efficient, I will tell you about it

Body trainsformation commitment (workout 6d/week): :white_check_mark: leg exercises today

To do today

Today is the final day of reaching total focus. If I notice a distraction today, I will remove it but in order to know whats distracting I need to know what the goal is which Im getting distracted from. The goal is becoming very efficient so I achieve 4000€/M. Everything else has to wait, I have to make this goal very intense, it already is, I can feel it intensely

Tip of the day

I baragained with life for a penny
and life would pay no more
no matter how I begged it evening when I counted my scanty store
for life is a just employer
it gives you what you ask
but once you have set the wages
why, you must bear the task

I worked for a mineal’s hire
but then I learned dismayed
that any wage I would have asked of life
life would have willingly paid*

What you ask will be given you, dont ask too little
