To do today

Finish a knife and make 5 other knives ready for hardening. Buying propane gas for hardening today

Tip of the day

When youre sitting and browsing the internet, you can only step lower. Youre on a specific energy level and you ll only be motivated to go lower. To sink to a even lower level of activity. First youre browsing the internet, then youre playing a game, then youre just watching something, only becoming more passive is naturally drawing you in. In order to move up you have to break the comfort and start a difficult task

Evening journal:

I notice my bed time is slacking. Its 9pm again. I could have gone to bed earlier, there was no real obstacle. I know the reason, the internet. From now on I will introduce a different rule: Turn off internet at 8:00pm. Then I ll definitely sleep. Good night!

Tip of the day

Tips for escaping porn:

You have to make your attitude that life without porn is normal. That its ordinary.

Porn is not normal, not a natural thing to do. If you engage in porn, you are an outlaw and weird, if you don’t do porn you live a normal life. With this attitude the “pull” is eliminated.

If you keep reaching for the “magnificient life after porn” you are creating a tension and this tension will lead you to relapse. All tension is bad for escaping. Fear and so on too. The real escape is getting out without stretching an emotional bow and arrow (which at some point will snap back and lead to relapse).

You must escape by being sure of the truth that porn is empty, an illusion, a burden, uninteresting and not worth remembering. If you engrain this truth into your subconscious every day, keep focussed on a worthwhile task and don’t suffer meaninglessness in your life (the main reason I was trapped was my meaningless life) you will be free.

What will happen? Nothing special. Just like a child doesn’t realize it has grown but gets greeted with “oh you have grown so much” when it visits it’s grandparents, your growth after nofap also remains more or less hidden from you (despite being very much real and detectable by comparing your recent achievements with your former self`s achievements). So you shouldn’t focus on finding benefits because you will see them as " surplus".

If you stop because you want to get benefits, you won’t stop for good because your real problem ( your illusion-lie of “missing out on something” by quitting porn) isn’t fixed, you still think you would lose something and you try to endure it to get the benefits. (You’re missing out on nothing).

This is not sustainable and after a lot of fighting you will (unwarrantedly) go back to useless, empty, annoying porn. What an annoying trap! It’s not necessary!

You are, in essence like a suffocating person who is convinced that breathing is bad. If you could only lose the illusion, you would be free, your suffering is self imposed and can be changed by accepting this now much repeated fact:

Porn is a waste of time. It adds nothing and it is irrelevant. There is nothing to it, it evokes no emotion. It’s empty, useless and uninteresting. It’s a distraction.

The people / impulses that are telling you you’re missing out on something are either addicted and trapped in the illusion themselves or actively trying to hurt you. You have the power not to get caught up in such illusions because you can discern clearly. You can see the lie and avoid it, you can see that some people are mentally infected by mind viruses like pmo and you protect yourself from them. Focus on your own life and find something you would like to achieve and you can achieve it. Go after it and forget about the weak person you used to be.

Breakthrough-idea attained with accountability partner: I ll carve out one hour every morning in which I do nothing but write about the future and my present situation. Im lacking a timewindow in which I do absolutely nothing so I can properly situate myself so I know what I actually need to do and I then realized I need a “orientation time window” in which I can finally take a breather and ASSESS, orientate. I ll wake up 1 hour earlier than usual, 5am and do it.

alright guys I did it, I woke up at 5am and did the thinking window thing. A drawing happened too:

Its the bright sun (consciousness) and the heavy dark mountains (the night, unconsciousness) and in the mountains star constellations (I have no idea what they look like thats why they look so strange) like a dream.

The morning thinking helped me realize all I need to do is dive deeper into making good knives, the best knives, completely spotless, perfect knives with a perfect handle that feels amazing to grip, perfect steel and perfect sharpness and durability. If I advance, I will succeed, I only need to remember my goal every day and it will happen.

Implement the “orientation time window” for yourself too, one hour each morning in which you do absolutely nothing. Only a pen and paper and thinking

I will get up at 5am tomorrow again. Getting to bed at 8:00pm is very important now, 9pm is too late. Its close to 9

by the end of the week, I want to achieve a onedimensional life in which I have no distractions, sidetracks or interlopers which distract me from my goal. I want know exactly what I have to do each day to achieve my goal and what to do each moment.

I found out the steps i need to take: I need to perfect the hardening process and make much harder blades, I have to introduce a logo, design it and then etch it into the blade and I have to make a sheath to each blade. I can succeed

To do today

I noticed distraction is a longing, a yearning for unconsciousness, throwing off the “heavy burden” of goals and aspirations. Its a regression back into sleep and infantility. If I need sleep I should get to bed earlier, I cant lead an unconscious life. I need to visualize my goals more so they vivify me. On the train I will fill out a paper on the questions “Who am I? What do I have? What do I do?” (In each you answer with your dream state)

Tip of the day

Leading is always more profitable than following. When I work for a tutoring company, I make 8€/h. In my own business I charge 20€/h which is moderate, the tutoring companies take maybe 25. The resource thats stopping you from earning (not only money but also respect, authority and everything else) is the courage to just do it and endure the outcome. Start your dream no matter what might happen. You will get bitten, reactions from life will happen but you can just defeat those, they are locks for which there exist keys. You dont have to care, it will pass and you will prevail. The difference between the leader and the follower is the difference between night and day. Its the difference between a successful life and and empty life, the difference between a self chosen life and an imposed imprisoned life, between freedom and imprisonment.

And the difference practically is to step up to the plate and accept the judgement, accept the danger and seek to understand and grasp the problem, to go into the ring and feel the opponent so you can find out how to act, which is the question all the followers dont have an answer to.

Could you please tell me your secret of your consistency ? What mindset do you follow when things go unfavourable or when your mind is tricking you to undisciplined lifestyle ?

And Last but not the least , How do you develop seriousness towards your goal ?

I have many goals in my head but lack seriousness which leads to undisciplined lifestyle…

accountability partner was the secret. Previously I would sometimes make progress and then slowly lose it all again. Ever since having someone to talk to every evening, the progress stays

basically you just set goals together and in the evening tell each other how you managed to keep up with your goals and then you try to make strategies for each other to achieve your goals better, its VERY important that you never miss a day of these meetings. Not missing a single day of these meetings is the secret, the meetings hold my life together
