I am joining this challenge tooo .

Bro by detox I mean leaving all virtual devices completely. It helps in handling reality and decreases dopamine levels to normal.
There are two ways of doing it.

  1. Will power
  2. App (zehar zehar ko katata h) :sunglasses:
    I use both methods but prefer 2 nd more because it saves will power which I can use elsewhere.
    Apps like digital detox help in doing that… you can try this app it’s amazing
