How could we not support you when you have been a brother to us? You helped me so much and I am so grateful. Youโve clearly got the strength and grit to defeat PMO for good and even without our support your have every reason to succeed.
I feel as though I should tell you something important, that I learnt from being exactly where you are now before (though only 71 days): drop any ego. If you have relapsed you are still addicted to PMO. That day 0 means something. That took me too long to realise and it cost me.
This is no problem :), and you have still come and incredibly long way and are much stronger. But estimate your strength, donโt underestimate PMO. With time and discipline you will heal, especially if there is no peeking. Peeking stops you from healing, as I knew on that 71 days.

I appreciate this a lot brother. Thereโs a lot of hard lessons i feel like Iโll still need to learn. Humility will be essential. My ego is so fragile sometimes and shows up as inferiority complex and denying that i have work to do on myself in so many ways. Iโll push myself to focus my energy and time to growth. The reason PMO finds itโs way back in my life is that i use other stuff to escape the stuff that needs fixing. So, iโm going to be really adamant about changing and not dealing with the same problems over and over again. Thank you again for the words of wisdom.

My honour in helping you man, as you have helped me so many times. Weโve got to be disciplined in all areas of our lives to drive the change home in my experience. As much as PMO is the disease, it is often a symptom too. Letโs heal bro

Day 138/365 
Day 23 of my Cosmic Supercharge.
Had an amazing weekend, my efforts and discipline of the past weeks start acumulating.
I want to further accelerate and improve.
I became way more conscious and aware of my smartphone usage, but still check it way too often. I will keep pushing myself to fix that.
I must improve my circadian rhythm as well. Set my alarm to 6:30 for week days.
I will strengthen my spiritual practice and training routine to make it more dense and intense.
Keep improving men
