Got better that week, with my phone usage. Started reading books and scriptures again, feels really good.
Still need to get way more conscious, intelligent and persistent in using my devices for good.
Today is new moon and I rested for the past 2 days. I look forward with fresh motivation and direction for the next lunar cycle.
Want to wake up earlier and finish my routine by noon. Using the rest of the day for purposeful and progressive living. Enjoying the summer.
