I nailed this day. Iam filled with happiness and enthusiasm. I didn’t touch the phone. I worked with 100% focus on my goals. Now I do rythmic deep work technique. I’ll keep an alarm for 1 hour. I’ll give 100% in that one hour. Then take 5-10 minutes rest. Walk around in nature.
Like that 3 hours in the morning. 3 in the afternoon. Then almost 4 at night.
Beast mode is on!!!

My libido is at its peak. Shit. Today I went out and the world is filled with beautiful girls. Iam not able to take my eyes of them. God. They are so beautiful and innocent. Oh God, your creation is great God. I love you for these gifts.
But the most important thing is Iam not seeing them as objects now. I feel disgusted because earlier when I see them I look at you knows where. Always my eyes were searching for nudity. I was scanning.
Now iam enjoying the beauty. The creation of God. Beautiful!

Today I woke up late and that had a serious impact on my daily routine. Tomorrow onwards I’ll also add prayer into the routine. I have to reconnect with God. More than anything else, knowing that God is with us can give us the ultimate strength to go through anything in life.

Which group is this ? This does nor seem like a bunch of people trying to be free from an addiction. These are true heroes and beasts here man. People are not just giving up fapping, but turning their lives around, working hard as hell and talking about achieving greatness. This is not an addiction rehabilitation group. 90 DAYS COMPLETED!
Yes, it wasn’t easy. When I think about the first 50 days, I must tell those were hell. Urges, flatline, pain, sever headaches. But the main thing, I must confess, that kept me going (even more than my purpose) is the promises that I made in this forum and to myself.
I told to all my companions that I’ll choose death instead of porn.
Yes!!! This kept me going on the days I felt like nothing is this world is worthwhile than jacking off to porn.
This kept me going on the days when i couldn’t sleep for hours and my head was exploding!
Now when I think back at my school days, I remember the days in which I was crying.
I was crying, sitting alone in my dark room and was writing about the pain this addiction gave me.
The opportunities that I lost due to this.
The time I wasted!
But now, I must tell you, I feel like the king of my life.
Now that monkey on my shoulder is almost gone. He is not telling me fap fap fap!
All day. Yes he is still there but his persuasion is nothing compared to the strength i’ve gained in this 90 days.
And again this is just the beginning brothers.
As brother @Brahmachari_17 said this is just 9% of my goal completed.
