Update

When I decided to start working out , my mom suggested me not to work out immediately after breakfast. In my early days, I used to argue with my mom for not allowing me to work out.

But with the Blessings of God, I am adaptable these days. So I decided to walk 1000 steps ( A part of my workout) and stop there for the time being. Read In shorts app in parallel to keep me updated with the news.

Productive Activities Done

:white_check_mark: Walk 1000 Steps
:white_check_mark: Read Newspaper ( In Shorts )

You should never workout immediately ( I mean like high intensity exercise), At least wait for 2 hours or do it before having your breakfast. Walking is good after eating food, helps to digest food.

Iā€™m also a master strategist you know :smirk::joy:
But 9 A.M is bit late.
I know because you slept late last night but thatā€™s the point!

Dr. William Dement, who defined sleep cycles, has spent more than 40 years in sleep research and is considered a world leader in sleep sciences. He began his book on sleep by describing the amazing chemical processes that occur in your body at sunset because thatā€™s when the body realizes itā€™s time to sleep.

Go to sleep and go to it early

All professional athletes who want a full recovery spend as much sleep as possible

After this long life that Dr. William spent in the study of sleep, what time does the doctor go to sleep?

At 9:00 P.M at the latest

Staying up late is considered ā€œfoolishness.ā€ If you are serious about maintaining your health and physical nutrition, you should be serious about ā€œsleeping early". ā€œSleep early if you want to be strong-willed.ā€

I agree with you bro. But I have a lot of deadlines to be submitted. Every day is different. Sometimes a very peaceful day , sometimes a lot of work came out of nowhere.

Anyway this unpredictability ends at 26th of September and I will sleep and wake up early for sure

Oh man. Iā€™ve got a bit lazy now . Iā€™ve had a long nap after lunch. Its refreshing though. But I realized I wonā€™t able to complete my academic goal if I go with this pace.

My plan

  1. Walk while studying.

  2. If I complete 10000 steps today. I will be completing equivalent to my workout routine. So Completing 2 things at a time

I think he means reading - studying , not solving and other things . Coz I also do it sometimes , if it is theory , I take the book and read it while walking . Its common .

Maybe :smirk:

Btw itā€™s not really the same as concentrating on studying alone or walking alone.

But @anon87955785, Do whatever it takes to never miss a single habit :fire:

Yah, at first I thought that :joy::ok_hand:
