MOST EFFECTIVE ADVICE about NOFAP :-

if every strategy failed , suppose u are having very hard urges there is no hope of surviving the relapse. Just think one thing , will u try to follow NoFap again after this relapse ? Many people write that they relapsed and starting again. U have to think and realise that if u will come back on this NoFap road after relapsing then why u should even fap at the first place ?? It’s bullshit. All u will earn is regret and low confidence after this relapse. Also your counter will go back at 0.
Then why u should Fap ??
That urge can be controlled, Don’t be soft !!

My words:- friends I realised this thing (I wrote above) in my journey of no fap. I suggested it to someone today. I liked it a lot , this deserves to be in my journal as well.
There is no way a person will fap after understanding it.
