So for tommorow here are some of my tasks that i am planning to complete!!!
• Wake up at 6:30 am
• Little bit of exercise/jogging
• Screentime less than or equal to 5 hours (slowly i will reduce it😄)
• No mobile from 10:00 pm
• sleep at 11:00 pm

Hello , So today was a good and busy day
Today was a rainy day
As i have mentioned yesterday to not use mobile from 10pm therefore i am writing this post before it
I will update completion of my tasks tommorow…

DAY-1
•Wake up at 6:30 Am
•Exercise/jogging/walking
•Screen time less than or equal to 5 hours (5.47 hrs)
•No mobile from 10 Pm
•Sleep at 11 Pm (11:35Pm)
I am using a blocker called “Bulldog blocker” to block all adult sites so that i would be unable to watch them. Today i felt some urge and tried to uninstall it but this blocker has also disabled uninstall option to keep me safe from watching adult contents… Really this blocker is very helpful to block p**n sites and to practice nofap.

Hello everyone, so after a long time i am back here.
Actually for some time i lost my interest in NOFAP , but within this time frame i saw that NOFAP is the real thing , it is the real power. Believe me guys all this masterbution, porn only destroy you , it will never ever have any positive affect on you. The real thing is NOFAP which will give you success.
I am telling you all this with my personal experience.
So from now on I am taking a goal of NOFAP for 1 week ( 7 Days). After completing my 1 week , I will increase my goal.
