Sleep 5 hr
Workout === body weight exercise targetting abs 3 sets + kettlebell exercise for mobility + rope skipping 10 min+ splits training + 3 yoga asanas + head stand 7 mins + breathing exercises.
Study = 6 hr
Meditation 10 min
Pray 10 min
Badminton 1 hr

- stopped using any cuss words.
- Avoid bringing women centric talk with friends.
- Respect for every being irrespective of any human made definiations associated with them.
Enough of this bullshit. Will get out of this loop. I will live a respectful and reputed life. Have never passed 90 days mark but this time i will do this at any cost.
Day 10
Keep falling is not an option in this rapidly changing world. I belive change is the only constant of this universe. We need to adapt ourselves as per new requirements every quarter of a month. Bramcharya or celibacy is the power that guides so. It is the internal power which help us evolve. We not only should avoid PMO but also lustful thoughts which kills our bramcharya. It is the seed of life that can bring transformation . I am going to enrich this energy to conquer this world . May lord hanuman bless me to make this number power to 3.
