Finally I crossed Day2…Urges are really high ,but I’m not giving up . It’s better to fight the urges than to relapse and waste the day …

Ahh shit I relapsed at Day5 today … Need to start again …My problem is I don’t even fight the urges, whenever I get the thought of relapsing I just do it. Whenever I start my new streak I always disable all the social media sites , but always end up reinstalling those apps whenever I relapse… Not doing meditation on a regular basis is also a big problem for me , as meditation is really important to divert the brain from sexual thoughts… Can someone recommend me how to do meditation properly ??
I will try to be regular in my diary and focus on building new habits i.e

I usually prefer workout a ton lot more than meditation, because it improves focus and gets rid of urges temporarily.
Even though I do meditate but its a bit different. Instead of using a timer, I usually count the no. of breaths exhaled and inhaled. You can 1st try doing 50 breaths and then increase over time.
This method is helpful as counting helps to divert attention easily
