Yesterday I returned home, very late night so I couldn’t post in my diary… In the morning I attended my lectures did some self study, but from afternoon onwards I had to go attend a function and was outside home since then. Enjoyed a lot with my friends :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: so it was a great day. Faced no urges. Was a pretty social day but didn’t make much progress on studies. Enough enjoyment now, it’s time to get to work :muscle::muscle:

Today was a dark and a gloomy day. Almost no sun throughout and it even started raining in the evening. There’s lot of performance pressure in me nowadays.

Today was a plain day as well, most of our lives are like this only… This could very motivating or really depressing as well :sweat_smile: I do feel that dopamine deficiency deep in my head, I need to aim for a more advanced workout tomorrow and go outside a bit as well. I think the flatline has kicked in, after flatlines urges are extremely high so I need to be careful.
Since there’s nothing much to be said here, I’ve decided to sprinkle a bit of motivational images here and there to keep up the momentum :fire::fire:

It was an okay day in terms of productivity but I was pretty disturbed today in terms of interpersonal conflicts in my family. I myself never get into fights with my family members or relatives, but today I witnessed a really serious matter and it created a bad atmosphere throughout the day. Hopefully it gets better tomorrow.

We should focus on things we can control and let go of things we cannot control (Stoic concept)

Wow, today was a great day! I was feeling so stressed out in the morning as I have a test tomorrow, but one of my friends finally invited to play cricket outside after 2 weeks. This helped to manage my stress really well, and study properly after coming back home.
I’ve realised building up pressure is not good, so having good coping mechanisms is essential.

I feel like removing “not watching TV” from my habit list, as watching horror gameplays does help to pass time and chill :grin:, one my fav youtubers has started a new horror series, and I’m thrilled to watch it!
My practice went okay today, tom I’ll give another one. Giving full fletched tests is helping me increase my focus duration to 3hrs.

It’s an underrated aspect of preparation, while it’s the most important part still many people ignore this. I had also done the same mistake in the past :sweat_smile:

I’m on day 40 now, one major change I’ve seen now is that I don’t feel any urges to MO or PMO but pretty intense urges to go after real women. I think my libido is finally getting restored! But 2022 is gonna be crucial year for me career-wise, gotta stay focused :brain::brain::fire::fire:

The exam went well today, except for 1 part. There was this chapter “Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry” and they gave some insanely tough numericals on it :sweat_smile:, i was like are they trynna humiliate us or what :joy::joy:
My knees and calf muscles are aching now from sitting, I should probably chill out now :relieved::relieved:
