Happy republic day and basant panchami bros.
Relapsed today twice and woke up at 9am , got late to wordship Goddess Saraswati and my sisters were waiting for me, i did the same during Durga puja and my family were waiting for me. Watched Dhoom 2 (it took me a week to watch 2.5 hours movie ). Yesterday I talked to 2 random girls, basically I asked questions so canโt say i talked to them, but still i tried . I promise i will improve in every aspect of my life. I will improve. . I relapsed a lot before maybe because i want someone to witness my victory .
Tomorrow goals :-
Wake up at 7:45 am
Workout
Music
Study 1.5 hours before going to coaching
Floss at least once a day
Study for 1-1.5 hours after coming from coaching.
Sleep before 11:40 pm.

I can feel you bro. Today morning @12 I started my new journey. Yesturday I fapped 9 times.
Because of that 1
My highest fapping was 13 times. And I thank god that I didnโt died that day.

I donโt know if this will help but I am doing it by putting my belief in it. After 1 month I will post my update.
Itโs great that you have plans @NarutoKun but doing only cardio ainโt a good idea. You should also focus on muscle building and always try to do progressive overload (you have to use more weight or more reps than previous you did previous time) ,it will increase your NEAT (Non exercise Activity Thermogenesis) ,means you will burn more calories even when you wonโt do any work,so join a gym or buy resistance bands /tubes if you wanna do workout at home ,do fullbody workouts every alternate days (donโt workout until you are completely recovered from your previous workout) and never overtrain and sleep for 7-8 hours daily ,have enough protein ,eat a bit in surplus ,you can also do 5-15 minutes cardio, swimming is a great activity too. You will have a strong and next level physique ,trust me if you will do this consistently ,you will thank yourself later that you started doing this. There are many other things ,will talk about it later letโs keep it simple for now .
