Went to a wedding function with ny father (he forced me because

Went to a relativeβs wedding function ,was sweating a lot when i went to the stage to take photos.

Woke up today at 10:30am . Fapped once in the afternoon, going to delete the rc app and will use forum in browser. Talked to my teacher and mentors regarding my backlogs(yeah i have to start from 1st and 2nd chapters . Now i have to finish all the shit asap . Didnβt work out after 27 jan.
Tomorrow goals :-
Wake up at 7:30 am

Music
Study 1.5 hours before going to coaching
Floss at least once a day
Study for 1-1.5 hours after coming from coaching.
Revise before sleeping.

Woke up at 9 am. Fapped twice . My parents were scolding me because of my messed up routine (i get scolded daily 
). One of my cousin sister said that she had a crush on me and she was shocked to know that i am her brother, she said that on video call and i started to sweat 
, well she is getting married this month.
I have started to use cuss words a lot i should control it , sometimes it feels like itβs not me. I started to use these cuss words after 18 feb 2022 . I have to fix this too.
I am gonna fix it. Itβs Prime time.
Tomorrow goals:-
Wake up at 7:45 am

Study 1.5 hours before 12 pm
Floss at least once a day
Study for 2.5 hours before 4:30pm
