So, yesterday i didnโt take day nap, cause i sleep 2 hours instead of 20 minutes and i didnโt eat anything at night, so went to bed at 10:30pm empty stomach, all this because i wanted to wake up early, and i woke up at 4:30 am, went to the top floor and the view was lit 
, it was so beautiful, i was always with in love with nature especially with the sky and clouds but today it was over 9000. I would have shared the pics but i have to compress it, so will share those beautiful pics tomorrow. Didnโt fap today. And yeah after applying hairmask, i slept at 7:40 am again, i was feeling really really sleepy and woke up at 9 am. Today i was about to sleep at 9:15pm ,empty stomach , but my mom tricked me , and told me to have dinner and also my father scolded me, and i have a habit to wake up for almost 1.5 -2 hours after having dinner. So itโs hard to wake up that early tomorrow (and one more thing, happy birthday @prothekter_aden once again my brother, it has been 1 year of our friendship, glad to have a friend like you saale.)
I am not studying these days (and backlog of 52 lectures ) and havenโt exercised since last 4 days.
Tomorrow goals :-
Wake up at 6:20am
Workout
Finish 5 lectures
Revise notes before sleeping
Meditation thrice
Listen music 30 minutes
No socialmedia before breakfast
Sleep between 10-10:30pm
No daytime nap.
I am ready.

Ok so today i edged today for almost 20 minutes while bathing , i wasnโt able to control, then i saw loofah and i used loofah so that i can stop because of pain, i kept on stroking it even after i was feeling pain, but later the pain was unbearable then i stopped, i tried to wash my penisular island with water ,it was like the tour of hell 
,it got some cuts (thatโs what i wanted). Finally i didnโt cum and probably wonโt touch my Dk for another 3 days. 2 days later at least i will have 4 days streak. Tbh i am still feeling the pain.
I wonโt edge again and wonโt relapse.
