I fucked up my discipline in the last few days bro @_TIGER and Iam getting urges too due to that.
Other than peeking, the No. 1 reason people fall from a high streak is leading a shitty, undisciplined life.
We have to move in a disciplined path throughout our life. All Fapstronauts must!
Since pmo is everywhere (and also due to the formation of DeltafosB) there is a big chance of falling back and from the experience I have had till now discipline is the only antidote to falling back again to pmo bro @NeverGiveup420 @zorim @TheFinalFrontier @The_integrous_one @rewire_user @debellator @Dvija
Its true as we get into high streak like 180+ 365+ etc we won’t have much urges; maybe we won’t have any urges but at some point life will hit us hard. Depresssion or anxiety or pain will appear as a dark cloud andz pmo would be the first option that may appear to our mind as an escape since it was our drug of choice for years. So if discipline is not with us we may fall back to it. We have seen legends like the forerunner falling back from 250 days to 0 and then into chaser due to the lack of discipline. So I think we all must keep this in mind.

I have started to become disciplined since my exams are about to come ! And that is helping me a lot.
Because it keeps me busy !
I will just avoid being overconfident, I have made a lot of mistake by thinking I have control over this !
I hate this, I am becoming skinny as a wood log ! I have to let my body heal and start to eat healthy and workout for my body to get in shape !
I will not stop brother !

Yeah bro discipline is must whatever routine you have following it seriously will give best results along with no fap, we should at least find time for exercising and meditating regularly otherwise urges hit hard and doing these regularly requires discipline too.

Today I started reading a great book about procrastination and first two topics in it were interesting.

  1. Awareness- it is the first step to beating procrastination. Procrastination is also like an addiction. We put off the important task which needs immediate action since we fear the short term pain it brings and after 30 mins of procrastination we feel that ‘shit, I fucked up. I wasted this much time. My will power is gone’ then guilt comes, more procrastination- more guilt. Repeat
    That is the cycle

  2. Get started. Studies have found that anticipation of doing the hard task is what makes us procrastinate. One researcher did a brain scan of procrastinaters and found that thinking about doing the uncomfortable task awakened the painful neurones in their brain
    But the interesting part is when they did the task pain suddenly disappeared, it evaporated and after completing the task they all commented that the task was actually fun and interesting
