My basic everyday goals are –
1 - Nofapping
2 - doing excersice
3 - studying 6+ hours everyday (on avarage, including etc…)
4 - Phone for productive work only
5 - better sleep pattern
6 - nutritious diet
7 - becoming handsome
Relapsed again at night two times but back on track…
Wake up - 8 am
Excersiced
Relapsed again reason - shaving…
Atleast I will remain clean for somedays…
I am not gonna do shave till next year…
