Ups and downs are part of this journey. Don’t get scared in the lows and don’t get too excited when you are at the top! Accept your situation as it is and try to be better.
If you are working hard for something, keep faith that it will pay off one day for sure! Even if you are not seeing the benifits right now, remember that it won’t go in waste!
Don’t hurt yourself with feeling of sadness when you relapse. We are humans and we are prone to making mistakes. But always try to learn something out of your mistakes.
