Watching ■■■■ leads to release of dopamine in easier way
We all focus on removing it from our life instead according to many addiction recovery experts we should focus on replacing it
Removal may result in failure👎
But replacement will result in success​:trophy::muscle:
:rotating_light: replacement choice should not be something like using phone or any other addictive elements instead should be your favorite hobby like painting, listening to music, outdoor games etc
This will release same level of dopamine in brain as a result soon you will replace ■■■■ with something beneficial
Remember only thing needed is consistency

It’s true. There is white bear problem if we focus on removal. Focus on transforming our lifestyle, becoming productive, active, sociable, cultivating good habits, then we’ll win without fighting :sunglasses:
