It’s day 9, by far the longest I’ve gone in my 30+ years of my addiction. So far I’ve had a couple urges that I “easily” got over. But today is, what most likely is, complete withdrawal symptoms. My brain trying to convince me just this once, body tingling, heart racing. If I get through this, I will truly have something to be proud of.

Yes I have noticed that many times around day 10
If you cross this period (upto 15 days or so) it gets somewhat easier
