I just read that wet dreams will happen if you don’t ejaculate whether by having sex or masturbating, so that semen gets renewed. As far as I know we lose the nofap good feelings whenever we ejaculate; so basically wet dreams would ruin everything? I’ve never had a wet dream by the way I’m just concerned.

I’m at day 87, and I had some wet dreams already. It is usually comes with very sweet and enjoyable dreams. I don’t always remember what was the dream by the morning. Anyway, wet dreams usually help a little bit, it takes away the bad urges for some day (sometimes for a week), if I don’t think about the dream I dreamt. Usually wet dreams comes after very very hard days of urge.
So keep up fighting, and never give up! It is hard but the result is awesome! Keeeeeeep up!!! ^-^
