Why we can't give up

We can’t give up because:

1. If we give up, we will not forgive ourselves later.
2. We will regret not chasing our dreams
3. We make it harder next time
4. The sooner we quit the sooner we get better
5. We will not be able to keep a relationship
6. We will neglect the ones we love and the ones that love us.
7. We would ask ourselves what could have been if we had quit
