Why FB has stupid reels

I don’t understand,or never tried to understand why the heck does Facebook has this reels of hot girls showing their ultra maked up looks

I don’t like this,I don’t want to see this.

Is there way to disable it ?

Btw I never searched such things in facebook?

I don’t think there are reels on fb site, though I rarely visit fb site. I don’t have the app.

I haven’t install Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Quora, and WhatsApp status are muted since last 4 months.
