Who wants join me as a forever FOREVER NOFAPPER? The aim is to eventually achieve FOREVER NOFAP, if you relapse you are still a member. FOREVER NOFAP is a journey it is the goal we are working towards, we are working towards perfection. Travelling together in FOREVER NOFAP we are stronger than if we try to stand alone.

Yeah Id like to join you. Im already doing that anyway. A relapse means your temporary streak is gone. But the effects of PMO are still in your life. The goal is to keep going on Nofap until its just gone completely as a part of your life. Personally ive adopted the mindset: “im just not a person that does PMO, it doesnt fit who I am” and repeat that over and over.

The best I have gone so far is 36 days.
I have been in PMO since the past 15 years.
Previously I never knew that this is the cause of all the nasty things I got into as a child.
I did all sorts of bad things. I disrespected my parents, teachers, used to be rude to everyone and fight with everyone. I used to be very intelligent as a child but never worked for anything because of zero motivation and all the negativity which this stuff brings in your head.
This has ruined my life and Its time to Stop now.

2 years ago I came to realise that this habit is the thing which has taken everything away from me and since then Im trying to stop but uptill now its no luck. But I have improvement.

in the start I could hardly go 3,4 days maximum but its getting better now and I can go till 30 days easily.

I need your support Guys. I need to know that someone out there is also going through this and can understand. I need to know that it is possible. if I can go till 30 days so can any ody else and if i can make 30 days why not 300 or 3000 days of forever

just need to control the Urges.
