So what are the tools and methods you are using to achieve freedom from PMO.

First, i delete my instagram and other application that can make relapse. Second, i do some workout so i dont have energy to PMO. Third, i pray and back to Allah, cause i can’t do anything without Him.

Nice bro Ma sha allah, I too removed Instagram 2years back and it’s has helped me. We need to avoid the road itself, which leads us to PMO.
