Hello. After relapsing after 7 days, I have once again started NoFap. And this time I am dedicated.
However, I dont feel like it accomplishes anything really. My longest streak is 20 days and to be honest my erections did get better but it didnt really change.
One day after I ejaculated, I felt weird. My erection wasnt the same as before. And after that one day, it has been the same. So if theres anyone who also had this and actually recovered, can you share how you did it,
