What's the reason?

It’s 2:47 AM still I’m not able to sleep. I’m feeling too much active. Usually I go to bed at 10:30 PM and fall asleep but today I’m not feeling sleepy. Why ??

Is it because I took shower at 7 PM and then walked half an hour??? I don’t know. This is the first time that I can’t sleep.

Please suggest me what to do ??

Sleeping atm means what ?

At the moment

If you exercise before sleep it might cause you to not feel asleep later. Before bedtime, you should be relaxed, preparing your body for this process.
Other factors might be the causes too like opening your phone before or while in bed or eating late or taking a long nap in the afternoon…
