My longest was 30 days. Currently on day 10 with the help of this app. Excited to see how long I can go on this streak. Much easier to not relapse when you are part of a community of like minded people and are equipped with the right information!
I’m on my longest streak which is 45 days. I’m passing through flatline phase. I’m just keep going coz now I know that a bad day on nofap is 100 times better than a fap day.

My one was 270 days. I managed that living in a monastery away from any temptation. In the world I managed to 60 days with temptation around. Currently I’m at day 0. I’m not watching porn anymore as I feel disgusted but I fall because tik tok and Instagram.

Mine is 5 days. I know, it isn’t much, but i can assure you that those 5 days of nofap paired with mindfulness breathing meditation were my happiest days in months. I was just, relaxed, i felt good and i couldn’t stop laughing or making jokes, it was almost like my social anxiety and low self esteem never existed. Stay strong, kings, work on yourself, don’t give a fuck about what people think of you!
