Want to know opinions of fellow members out there regarding future challenges like something interesting beyond NoFap. Feel free to answer in this thread if you have any suggestions regarding challenges near future.
I created this thread because there are no such challenges recently. Most of the challenges are about NoFap.

I am running regularly to try getting shredded. But I don’t want to do exercises though.

Then we can run a total of 8 km a week if you want to get shredded I guess
Personally I want a challenge in the form of bucket list. Every month you make a bucket list for yourself and make sure u acheive it by end of month
You can put milestones to a steady motivation. And you can also update here to mention my progress.
