What is your biggest fear?

Its not ur mistake bhai…u can’t understand so much from such a simple line…i also read Swami Vivekananda’s Karmayoga book 5 times made notes twice:joy::joy:…revised everyday from beginning tab jaake kahin ye baat dimag mein ghusi or uske baad bhi implementation mein aisi taisi hoti hai.

2nd meaning is like, see every action has negative and positive results and it is a fact its not even like some grey statement that is made to make u feel like ohh my action will yield a negative result so i wont perform it because non performing is out of question when u have understood u r doing karma all the time.
But if every action has both results that means u will get both the results. Like for example if u cut someone’s arm u will get a negative result on ur self but suppose he used to beat his wife so u will get the postive effect of it too because now he wont be able to beat his wife…and that’s why people keep coming back to get their good and bad both results on different worlds or maybe just this world. And that’s how we have the cycle of birth and death. But when u r doing karma all the time its impossible to not get the effect of ur karmas.

But when u r doing karma all the time u can make it a way to get free from this cycle of death and birth or in other words u can be enlightened. In book karmayoga Swami ji has explained that through karma u can reach at the same state as a bhakta will reach through bhakti, a yogi will reach through meditation and a gyani will reach through intellect.
Have u noticed all the saints and sages of india describe the same state when they r enlightened or when they realise the self, they all claim everything is one, its all unity we are all connected we are one brahman. Swami Vivekananda says doing karma unselfishly will yield u to that state, he says when u do something for others u break one bond between u and the other and hence u r one step closer to that state of unity, and hence again when u do something for others u experience that state of inaction because u generally see when we do something for others we tend to be more focussed and loving and u r closer to the state of true inaction. Again if u do action unselfishly u r attaining that state of inaction in action. Like see if a soldier cuts someone’s arm on the battlefield, his action or karma is unselfish and hence he wont get any result of it will make him free rather than putting him in the bondage of cause and effect. U see its all in the volition its not something out its in ur mind, if u do something keeping urself in mind the effect will come upon u, Similarly in every situation when u realise what best u can do for urself and others and give urself fully into it,…u get to the state of inaction in action and become freer…unselfish also means total abandon i mean where u r so concentrated that ur own body and mind does not matter to u, u already are closer to the state of unity because when ur body and mind beccomes bleak who u r will come in ur experience without choice.

Look there’s no " i don’t care type"of mentality.

Rather it is “acceptance and perseverance”.
Fear about you lost is natural and disgust should be always there but you should not go on with thinking you are disgusting.

Remorse is needed because it makes you more aware about the post-faliure experience so you become careful next time.

Nuetrality in mentality is not always possible, looking the outcomes and situations in a nuetral ways will not solve the problems you are going through,

Rather as naturally an overthinker me,i’d try to maintain the nuetrality by balancing the positive outlooks and negative aspects because negativity makes you aware of the path and how you should avoid to fall back on the track you don’t want.

Current flows because both positive and negative charges, don’t switch of the circut by applying the 0 potential you might never have the results you want.

Think about it!

All my fears already took place in the last 3 years
All of them
I have no more to be afraid of now

Every single fear , i expected
Already happened, one by one
And each single one of them, did it’s damage inside me pretty badly

But here i am , recovering from them
Yes i lost everything, which was one of my greatest fears also
But i am pretty comfortable now , because I don’t have to be worried about anything after that

And as they say , YOU CAN’T BEAT A MAN , WHO HAS NOTHING TO LOSE

There must be something. The post he made few days ago and now this. Since we enjoy enough anonymity here, if he wants he can definitely tell his story.

This is great, I want to do the same. There is also a phrase in science for this, it is called “growth mindset”. Andrew Huberman has some great videos about growth mindset within his podcast Huberman Lab, I totally recommend it.

I would have listed them if i wanted , brother
Although i did tell some of them in bino’s topic
But it was just the middle of the way

Right now I don’t want to talk about them by any chance
Because i am recovering, you know
And I don’t want to remember anything

I already deep deleted the past 3 years from my brain

Although bad memories keep coming to me from time to time

Time will heal me as well as hard work to compensate the losses even though they can’t be fixed or replaced but i will try

  1. The fear of dying with little to zero contribution to the world , to myself and to my loved ones.

  2. The fear of dying with things that I was wishing to accomplish and not experiencing the things I should have experienced.

  3. A blunt life with no changes

Fear of success not being impressive. It’s like, all these people trying to downplay other people’s success and hard work by saying “Oh well you know the supercars are rented”. Like that seems to be the favorite activity of the peasantry, trying to downplay people’s success all the time.

Fear of birds is nothing infront of the fear of death I am afraid of death I am afraid of getting old and weak I don’t know why even after I started doing meditation I can handle my fear of birds but I don’t even have courage to think about death I just want to live a long life without getting old I know I am a coword but that’s really what I think.

Don’t be afraid of death. Death is natural. Death will come. Why to think about future ? If you are thinking about future then think how you can serve your family, society and country.

Today is important. If you work hard today you’ll receive happiness anyway. God bless Faisal bhai :pray:

Ur fear is natural. But u r not afraid of death u r afraid of the pain that death will bring upon u. I mean i started researching and reading about spiritual disciplines and practicing meditation or whatever spiritual regime i follow, started only once i saw how people are dying and although it seem so obvious that death will come upon us but we aren’t really preparing for it. Basically whatever lil spirituality i follow is in terms of just either preparing for it or transcending it because it will come and there is no doubt about it.
I am still not sure how will i behave when that moment will arrive but atleast whatever methods has been told lets follow them and see if we can put them to work, if they wont work we’ll have a solace of atleast trying them.

I am afraid of what will happen after death every religion have heaven and hell but I don’t know if I just vanished from the existence I know that matter cannot be destroyed nor be created. Btw I am also doing the same I am doing meditation researching about how to live long In the end I can just try my best if this doesn’t work then it’s obvious I will get old in the end but I tried so in the end I will not have regrets.

I would look more into religion if I were you. Lots of people - most of the world, in fact, believe that you can escape death. But of course you need to be careful to choose your path wisely. Message me if you want to know more about Christianity - it’s what I believe and I think it has the strongest evidence.
