Thanks to all you guys, I’m on 23rd day of noFap. My crazy thoughts have loosen their urge and control on me. But I still seem to have brain fog persisting. Sometimes I wonder if it’s not brain fog and I’m being a paranoid.
Please tell me how does it feel before and after brain fog. Please inspire me.
