Replying just to keep this chain alive. Thanks alot guys for all these comments. I have practiced this myself for one month but broke the chain recently and started again. There is no side effect which i saw but only positive things.

Side effects of nofap? More than likely raised cortisol levels!!! Also, the dreaded flatline - good for your brain, but bad for you penis! But it’s only temporary in most cases. Have to pass through the flatline in order to heal.
